Halifax Food & Drink Festival, held in the historic Piece Hall, Halifax attracts around 20,000 people over a weekend in June.


This project involved creating a complete brand from the ground up.


I took a chance by using black & white photos, which is unusual for food promotion, but it gives the whole campaign a classic feel, one which is often used in high end food products. The idea is to build that subconscious link between the food product and the festival.


The use of bright red and the muted greens and blues also gives a continental feel.
