Ascendance Rep is a cutting edge, contemporary dance company. They specialise in creating innovative dance programmes and performing them in unusual places. They put on their shows in theatres, but alongside they have performed in town centres, large bookshops,  national art galleries and even cathedrals.

I have worked closely with Ascendance for over six years and have seen them grow from a small regional dance outfit to a highly respected national touring company.

As well as all design work for the company I’ve done all of their photography. The images have appeared in the likes of The Guardian, Time Out, The Stage, The Times, Metro, Juice, The Yorkshire Post & many other regional papers.

Some of the shots have even been earmarked to be published as fine art prints this year by Italian publishing house Quartero International to be sold worldwide.
